Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges, as outlined below.

The list of private fees applies to routine requests. We aim to provide documentation within 10 working days.

  • Urgent requests will attract an additional fee of £30
  • We do not undertake Occupational Health Reports

Requesting a Medical Report

Patients wishing to access their medical records will need to complete a request form which is available from reception.Patients are advised that there is up to a 40 day turnaround for requests to access medical records.

The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales and our reception staff will be happy to advise you about them along with appointment availability.

  • Fees are payable in advance
  • Payment by card/BACS only
